This is Mackenzie Hall. The company is a debt collector. The message they sent is a generic one that everyone gets. Theres no need to call them. Let them contact you.
Once you contact them they will not leave you alone. Ignor them and keep everything in writing. DO NOT CALL THEM !!
I had a Computer generated voice call on my answerphone quoting this number and asking me to call “Mike” giving a reference number. said visit http://www.mackensielaw.co.uk or something. As I NEVER use that number in correspondence can only assume it must be a fishing trip or a scam.

they could well be fishing for someone with a similar sounding name. Dont give them anything, make them work for it. They are bottom feeders.
Called my land-line with a text message. I called back but the other side hung up half way through an answering machine message. Got another “text” call the next day asking me to call back. 01563 556530 Mackenzie-hall. Checking on the legal framework to record their calls if they do call back in person.

Just had months of phone calls from Mackenziehall over an alleged debt I owe. I have contacted them for months by post but still got calls and texts from them. Have spoken today to the Financial Ombudsman on 0845 080 1800 option 3 and they say that contacting me by phone and text after being asked in writing on numerous occasions to contact me only by recorded delivery letter is breaking the rules and unacceptable.
They have opened up a file on them on my behalf and will be contacting them. Please contact the Financial Ombudsman above for advice…..they were a real help.
