The company is Rossendale Bailiffs. They collect council tax and are perticually nasty.
You can avoid them by paying the council direct via your council website because they cannot refuse payment.
Pay online and the bailiff action will stop. You must pay the council in full but by doing this you xcan avoid bailiff fee’s.
Also be aware that bailiff fee’s for council tax are set in stone so make sure you check the fee’s. Most bailiffs charge illegal fee’s.

Rossendale Bailiffs cannot force entry into your property if they have not been in before. NEVER let a bailiff into your home even if the police tell you to. There is NO law that says you must deal with a bailiff.
As already mentioned above. Check the fee’s your charged are correct. Rossendale Bailiffs are well known for charging people to high fee’s.
And YES. Even if the council have told you ‘its with the bailiffs, theres nothing they can do’. You CAN still pay it by using the councils online payment service. This will stop the bailiffs from collecting on the debt.
