BLS Collections, a debt collector.

This number calls on a rate of harassment, and they call asking for someone else, no idea who it is, and she has never lived at my address. I am getting sick of it, they also call on an international number too.
Be warned BLS , I do not take kindly to nuisance calls.

I’m getting calls regularly but I always cancel it because I don’t regognise the number. Why do they do it?
