Absolutely disgusted with the threatening nature of the phone call.
The lady who spoke to me wouldn’t accept the simple fact that as long as the matter is in dispute no action can be taken; I was told this by a lady I know well woh has 20 years experience in Credit Control!
I don’t really owe what they say I owe due to being miss-sold by H3G in the first place ut of course this is ignored; they are scum..
the lady told me she is from Advanced Telephone Debt Collection Agency who are a debt collections company working for ‘3′
