These guys are debt collectors.
They are a joke of a firm and are safe to ignor. They cannot touch you. Ignor them.

Westcott are a debt collection company but that does not mean they have any special powers. They can not force you to pay a bean. They cannot demand anything.
Remember its your money and if you choose to pay them then it is you who will decide what and when they will get and money. Wescott are just bullies and there number 1 tatic to get you to pay is the use of fear. They will lie and feed you all sorts of crap to get you to pay. Listen carefully to what they say and you will notice lots of ‘we could take you to court’ and ‘we may send in bailiffs’ when in fact they are powerless.
Its all an act to put fear into you to make you pay. Just waste there time when they call. Talk spanish, sing a song or just leave them on hold.
