These people are relentless. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling. They say they will make sure the number is put on their do not call list. My number is already on the National DO Not Call List and yet these mindless twits don’t care and they keep calling anywhere from 1 to 7 times a day. I have called them twice this week and asked them why they are still calling when they have been asked to stop. The only thing they tell me is I don’t know but I will put it through right now as an urgent request. Today I explained to the man that harrassment (and they are harrassing me) isn’t illegal, however, the fact that they are using the telephone lines to conduct their harrassment certainly is illegal and if they call me one more time I intend to proceed with prosecution of that company for violating the use of telephone services for harrassment. I have done it before and won the case hands down and I will do it again. Better yet, the fact that they are doing it across state lines makes it a Federal offense and they can be facing harder times. If you doubt me, check it out. It is time we as recipients of this harrassment take a stand and put and end to this insanity. We have rights just as much as the criminals have rights. Problem is that the criminals rights are upheld and the victims rights are not upheld. I am starting a campain of letters to the Capital building in Washington, DC. forget the state level. I have spoken to the police and they won’t touch it, they say it is a civil matter and they won’t even file a report on the matter. It is in our own hands. The law makers in this country need to know what we are dealing with out here on a daily basis all day long. We should not have to be going through this.

I agree… G…. they harass me too.. on a daily basis from about 3 or 4 different numbers. Once when I did answer, got the ringing like as if I made the call… it routes to the next agent… who answered.. I told him.. I’ve asked repeatedly to stop calling me, and yet they persist… I then said.. something like.. ‘what’s it gonna take a bomb to get you to stop calling me?”.. he retorted back that I’m calling an office building and that that constitutes a threat and he was going to call the authorities… on me.. I told him..to go ahead and do what he’s gotta do .. as I was going to report them once again to the FCC and the FTC… I don’t understand WHY this ZIP WEB company continues to bother people over and over and over.

OMG, they will not stop calling! Every day, multiple times a day! I’m going to lose my mind!
