YES they say you can get a refund if it does not work out but saying and actally issuing a refund are 2 very different things.

DO NOT waste your money on these bandits.

I did what these guys offer myself for free and I know nothing about how it works. I got the guys on the consumeractiongroup.co.uk forum to help me and job done! For free!

its takes so long the intrest ive payed on my credit card as they tell you to pay intrest only you pay till they decide if they going to persue your claim . which up till now has took nearly 6 months and im still waiting for a poxy letter that they said they sent out 8 week ago. wish i didnt bother .by the way they charge for what debt you have on your c card cost me 900 pounds for them on about 1600 pound be intrested to see if anybody else feels the same as me robbed .

I cant understand how people are so stupid to fall for this rubbish. Read up on the % of people that get their debt written off lol hardly a person. Reclaiming ppi and credit card charges can be done with ease.And as for consortium paying staff, what a joke. They intimidate them and con them out of money.As for the directors..... you can dress pigs in suits but they will still oink!! Posh clothes and flash cars are nothing if your getting it by ripping off the public.I would love to do it your family....see how you feel!!

Give this lot as wide a berth as possible , I have had to go to the ministry of justice to try and sort things out , so far it has cost me over £1000 in interest , an absolute shambles.

If anyone has money worries phone your bank or better still there are two debts charties listed in the phone book. Sorry I have had a lot of people ringing me some may be the real thing but others avoid them. These people speak so fast I just put the phone down. I have no trust in firms who phone me out of the blue.

Consortium reclaim what a joke, they rang me up march 2011 and said they could get my credit card balance cleared for me.They charged me £495 + vat and the rest. They said it would take around 6-8 weeks to sort it. It has taken nearly 10 months and its not sorted. I have had to get intouch loads of times to find out what is happening. They keep saying we are dealing with your claim. In Dec 2011 i recieved a letter from a different company saying the are dealing with my claim as it was passed over by consortium. Now this company want £149 off me before the solicitor can deal with it. This company now say it will take around 4-6 months if everything goes smoothly. I am now going to get intouch with ministry of justice. I am also thinking of calling watchdog and tell them about my case.
MY ADVICE IS PLEASE PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Hi Marie, i also are having doubts about this company, i paid them a large sum in augaust 2011, getting the same old stories, like oh we are dealing with it, it takes time etc, then when you chalenge them they get quite shirty, im also paying interest on credit cards as i cant transfer balences..getting very stressfull, especially around christmas, i am also going to contact trading standards to seek help..the more people who do the beter. im just worried now that the company will go bankrupt and we will never see our money again..let me know how you get on please...

Still no response from C.S. I have now sent a letter to them asking for a full progress report on the claim against the credit card company. I am not willing to pay a third party £149 as C.S did not say in phone call about a third party company. I have asked for the full amount to be refunded to my credit card. I am finding it very difficult to keep up with the payments on the card, as i am unemployed. Really wish i had not been sucked in by this company. If anyone reading this can give me any advice please reply. Getting really worried about it !!!!

@Marie, try contacting your credit card company and do a chargeback. Tell them you were misled into making the payment and you think you have been scammed.
